Thank you for placing an order with us!
All orders have at least 7-10 business day lead time upon receipt of the order. The shipping method time frame applies after the order has shipped.
Holiday and Pandemic: Orders placed during a holiday, promotion or pandemic will have an approximate lead time of at least 10-15 business days upon receipt of order. Shipping method time frame applies after order has shipped.
Lost or stolen items: When completing an order, the customer must provide a safe and accurate address for delivery. Once an order has shipped, The Action Journal is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.

Order Cancellation: Although we do not accept any returns or exchanges on used journals, you may cancel an order before it ships from our facility if it has not been packed or staged for shipping.
Damaged items: Damaged or defective products may be returned to theactionjournal.com after contacting support@theactionjournal.com. Please submit photo images of the damaged or defective product within five (10) days from the date you receive your order.
